About NCCF

Empowering India's Cooperative Sector

The National Consumer Cooperative Federation of India Ltd. (NCCF) operating under the administrative control of Department of Consumer Affairs (Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution) plays a pivotal role by serving as strategic link between farmers and consumers. It was established on 16th October, 1965 to function as the apex body of consumer cooperatives in the country. It is registered under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002. It operates through a network of 28 Branch Offices located in different parts of the country. NCCF Headquarters is situated in New Delhi. The management of NCCF vests in the Board of Directors. The current sanctioned strength of the Board of Directors is 15.
